Day 4 at COP 23: Action for Climate Empowerment

Empowering youth is the reason why the YMCA is here at the climate negotiations. We work together, not only to get a good agreement and result at the negotiations. Day 3 at COP 23: Climate Finance – a big, important, and problematic topic

Climate Finance concerns the money that (mainly the developed countries) should provide for the purpose of mitigating and adapting to climate change. In the Paris Agreement, the parties decided to provide 100 billion dollars each year by 2020. What may you ask about Climate Finance? Day 2 at COP 23 Fiji- We need action

We need to keep our local communities healthy and vital – not only in terms of social inclusion and youth empowerment, but also by recognizing healthy surroundings and healthy environment as a human right. One the second day of COP23, the YMCA-RGE group has been active in advocating for the youth within environmental questions.
